I have been heavy all my life, tried MANY different Programs/Diets and nothing worked, I couldn't lose weight and if I did it came right back! In 2014 I had a Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) that took 2 weeks for the Doctors to diagnose. I was put on medication for it and have been on it for the
past 10 years as well as having Sleep apnea.
I was doing water aerobics 3 times a week since 2016 and still my weight kept just going up and up. In January 2021 I was at my heaviest at 330lbs!!
I started with intermittent fasting and doing some weights at home which helped me lose some weight as well as still doing water aerobics. In May of 2023 I was down to 280lbs and decided to get a personal trainer/coach “Melkshake Movementz”.
Since then, I have been following very strict meal plan and workout routine all from home and with her online guidance.
On June 18, 2024, I had a new sleep study done to get a new C-Pap machine and turns out I no longer have sleep apnea and my doctor took me off all heart medication now too. Even my doctor is amazed with my results and dedication. He said everyone that comes into his office wants a quick fix or medication to help them lose weight.
As of October 26, 2024 I am now down to 173LBS size 8 jeans and size medium tops. At my heaviest I was wearing 24+ Jeans and 3XL Tops. It feels great to have lost over 155LBS, and I can’t wait to continue on this healthy lifestyle and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
It has not been easy or a fast transformation! If I can do this Anyone can, you just need to be in the right mind set and have the motivation to do it and don’t give up if you do not see results in the first few weeks!
