Return/Exchange Policy

All I AM FITNESS products are guaranteed for 60 days after the purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, feel free to know that the item can be returned for a refund or exchange with Free Return. 

All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed right away, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 to 6 business days as per the banking process, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item.

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the status of your exchange.

For all returns/exchanges, please e-mail our Customer Support Department at customersupport@iamfitnessapparel.com and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process.
